Basilisk Games Beta Tester Application
Macintosh version of Eschalon: Book I

About the test:
We are looking to get 8-12 additional people to test the Macintosh version of the game. We need testers to have MacOS X 10.3.9 or higher, and we need a balanced selection of both PowerPC and Intel based Macs. Sorry- due to the number of applications we expect to get, you will only hear from us if you are chosen to be a tester.

About the application:
Answer all of the following questions fully and accurately. Don't tell us what you think we want to hear, just give us your honest answers and opinions. We are looking for all types of testers, so even if you dont fit our target audience demographic, that doesnt mean you wont get selected to be a tester. Only fully completed applications will be considered.

We may want to talk to you directly about the results of a test, so we need to have some contact information on file for you. This information will be held in the strictest of confidence. Applications are deleted after the selection process and absolutely no personal data is retained.

Please, apply only if you have the time and desire to fully commit to the beta test. Remember that beta testing is serious work (and not always fun) and if you are selected, many people will be counting on you to help us produce a bug-free game! Also, you may need access to a fax machine to be able to fax back a Non-Disclosure Agreement if selected, so please be aware of that.
