Re: Why do you enjoy Rolling to determine character attribut
Hmm I find rolling for stats and character creation the best part of Book II. I've created a bunch of cool characters I never play. Heh.

Re: Game Speed
I understand the reason for imposing a slow movement speed is to make the game world seem larger, but not everyone has oodles of time at their disposal. The slow speed is especially problematic when trying to navigate a nearly invisible path through a forested area, which seems to account for a larg...

Re: Poll: Book II Game Rules: Hit or Miss?
[x] I turn them all on because I like the extra challenge and realism. The bonus to exp/loot/endgame score is a side-effect of that choice, but not why I chose to turn on all the options, not that I mind the extra loot, exp, endgame score. I turn them all on for the same reason. The extra loot/exp ...

Game Speed
Is there a way to increase walking speed (aside from haste spell/potions)?
I tried altering the refresh rate, but that had no effect. Suggestions?
Thanks.

Found it on Mac Game Files, and possibly one or two more before I decided to download it and give it a try.

Re: A more interactive world for Book II.
Regarding housing in Morrowind, the player had several options, and they were vastly superior to what was available in Oblivion. You had to satisfy certain quest/fame requirements if I recall, you'll have to forgive me as it's been a while since I played the game. Once these requirements were met yo...

Re: What type of Quests?
I really hope to not have so many "hanging quests" in Book II. When designing quests it is very hard sometimes to think about all the possible options that people will want to take during a quest. An example of this (other than the Priest of Aridell situation) is how many people wanted to...

Re: Book II Questions Thread
Will there be any NPC's providing training for the core rogue skills in Book II?
This was completely lacking in Book I, which gimped attempts to make a decent true rogue character.
Thanks!

Re: * BOOK II COMBAT OPTIONS *
Heya, new to these forums. Just completed the game for the first time. Any guesses as to what class I played? :P Anyway, I really like this idea but I'm not a fan of making it possible to quaff a potion or cast a healing spell while parrying without there being at least some increase to your foe's c...
