Perhaps allow a player to set a quest to "hidden" and also offer a mechanism to reverse that setting.
That would allow players to hide a quest they either can't solve or don't want to solve.

I think you are better off concentrating your skills a little rather than adding them to everything you will eventually use. Very Minor bug with Cemetary key quest
I managed to get two keys to access the cemetary in my first attempt at making a successful character.
I managed to steal one from the Cemetary guy's bedside cabinet/chest and also got one from the guy after completing his cellar quest....
Hardly a biggie I know...
