I think I said in my first post on these forums, that I thought the size and scale of the demo was superb, and there is no reason to need to download a pirate version in order to see the bits that were restricted somehow. (whether by a demo trial time period / disabled features or whatever other mea...

I was hugely thankful that PayPal was an option - had it not been I would have probably been scouring for a cracked version to download. (I don't have a credit card and am currently out in China with no access to my UK bank etc blah blah blah..). Everyone has different circumstances - (or 'excuses' ...

"Yeah, I saw the ring, I pawned it. Good luck lady!" Hah.. that's a great idea.. though you'ld also maybe need to add in another option for the 'item destroyed' possibility "hmm.. I did find one like that.. but it seems to have fallen out of my pocket somewhere along my travels"...

Heh this thread was a fun read and I agree with points from both sides. (especially the not wanting too many extra 'poisonous' creatures as a quick fix to make things more dangerous.) To me poison has mostly just been an annoyance and costly to remedy unless you can magically cure yourself. The only...

On the same theme.. torches can't be sold or 'dropped' they can only be gotten rid off by finding enough places to hang them on walls (or by deliberately passing time burning them up) - unless I am missing something very obvious somewhere.. Seems a little strange and slightly irregular behaviour fro...

Everything I noticed before 1.02 seems to now be fixed. Nice work on the quick patch.

Though it caught me out not being able to upgrade an enchantment after accidentally performing one without wearing my +3 alchemy ring.

-Z- - now on the lookout for new issues arrising from these fixes ;)

Two handed weapons?

Shouldn't the larger weapons eg 'Claymore' and 'Great Axe' or the 'Great War Maul' which weigh almost twice as much as their presumably single handed counterparts and do a lot more damage be two handed? I seem to be able to wield a claymore and carry a shield at the same time..

I certainly didn't willingly lead them to Bordertown, however I suppose one that may have been out of sight (due to darkness may have been dragged closer the first time passed. When I returned to Bordertown from the south west, I could see rogues attacking from the south east and rushed to the aid o...

While I like the simplicity of the number scale to some extent, I will agree about the sliding scale being perhaps too linear. Take for instance 'dodge' 1% per point invested. The same applies for the first point that costs 3 to get. It would make more sense to have the first point worth more than t...

Well the exploit is not just limited to 'duplicating items'. The same method allows you to loot a chest over and over - keeping the good items you find in there. 1. Save game before opening the chest. 2. Open chest. 3. Pick up good item so its glued to the cursor. 4. Restore previous save. 5. Say 'n...

CRASH BUG: Selling multiple items an NPC can't afford

If you try and sell a multiple of something (ie. using the slider to select the amount) that takes the total sale price above the available amount of gold the NPC vendor actually has (eg. arrows / demon oil etc), the game will simply exit back to the desktop.

As an addendum, imbuin weapons also has a bug. If you imbue with damage first, you cannot further enhance the weapon by attempting to imbue it again - even with a different recipe. (ie ToHit) However.. if you imbue it with ToHit first, you can then add a damage enchantment to it as well. http://www....

Still under the 'alchemy' category.. imbuing armour. If you imbue the same piece of armour for a second or third time, the ingredients are used up, the bonus on the armour remains the same, but the name gets an added suffic of +1 In the case below (done as an illustration of the bug) its "Studd...
