Re: linux version for amd64

so would it be possible to also include a staticaly compiled binary with the linux version? I'm having bit of a problem with ogg vorbis 32bit libraries on debian. book 1 works fine but without sound and I've traced the problem to missing vorbis libraries.

thanks

same here with wine-1.1.44. seems I'll have to wait for the native binary. just hope that the registration key will work on it:)

Re: Beta testing

What about linux beta testing? Is it going to be after the windows beta tests? Will we have to wait longer for the linux version?

exactly the same thing happened to me on my first run through the game. I've spent about an hour trying to find it, searching every single tile around the place he died. nothing. in the end, i was so frustrated that I hexedited the quicksave just to finish the game. It was quite simple, there is a c...

character interaction changes to the world

it would be nice to have a more impact on the world through quest completion and actions in the world. for example, if something threatens a village and you help to deflect that threat, it should have some impact on the village(new people, new trade routes=new items, new quest etc.) as a result of i...

This is good news. I have a few more questions: Is it going to be compatible with existing saves? Also, is this addon only about the boat or are you going to add new quests/people/dungeons to existing maps? Is it going to be challenging? The second half of the game is just sailing the calm waters wi...

if you take it as a binary number with bits starting at the right top, then the answer is 42 as I recall.

you were right. I made a single lucky sweep 0 - 167 so I was lucky. Hopefully this will be fixed in Book II.

how to set chest slider to 167

ehm, I've been trying to open chest west of grimmhold which, according to my quest book, should be opened by setting slider to 167. however, I can set slider to 164,165,166,168,170 etc. but there's no way I can set it to 167. When I set it to 166, left of 166 is 165, right of 166 is 168. There is no...
