The manual is very rough still...we've only been jotting stuff down little by little, and it's not very thorough or helpful yet so looking at it wouldn't do you much good. Seriously, how close are we to seeing some footage? - I'm sorry man, I hope im not coming across as an annoyance but, right now...

It's a lot like waiting for Christmas, isn't it? To the developers of Eschalon: I applaud you for taking your time in making this game. Most developers just try to get out a game as quick as possible, without making sure it's a quality game. They're after money, and you guys are after a solid game ...

Heres a few more for you :) (sorry if its too many, answer what ever you want) 1. For the day and night system, one thing i haven't noticed is an indicator on the games interface that shows what time of the day it is. Will you guys include something that tells us? Also, will there be a time progress...

Ok, that works! The game is pretty neat. I'll have to play around with a bit more, but it's really well done from what I've seen so far. The graphics component is quite minimal, though the text does paint a pretty good picture. I'll admit to wanting to actually *see* more, however. Great sound in i...

When you select a system to jump to you have to hold shift and click. If its more than one then select the easiest path, then to jump make sure ur a fair distance from any planets then hit H.

Here dudes, thought id post this Galaxy map to show you how massive the game really is. The colored areas represent a certain factions rule over that area of space, btw most systems have about 2-3 (minimum) planets/space stations to land on - if not more! http://www.stablerecordings.demon.co.uk/Scot...

Pretty much, the game is spent moving through space and traveling to different systems. There are no character models in the game, don't let this give you the wrong impression though - there are plenty of different ships! And depending on who you join you can buy faction specific ships which only th...

Ok I got a new one 8)

Will there be any form of 'mini-game/s' included in Eschalon?

By this I mean something like Pazaak in Kotor or something like the 'Illegal Brawling Rings' ive seen in numerous games (always entertaining  )

I very much liked what i read. I've been looking at the screenshots on homepage. All i see is shiny spaceships, nothing bad about that, it just doesn't tell me much about the gameplay :|.. Is it all flying around? when you land on a planet/base do you walk around or do you use some menues or someth...

My all time favourite indie RPG is 'Escape Velocity: Nova'. It was also my first step into the Indie world of gaming, and i can certainly say although I have played many mind-blowing indies, nothing even comes close to this game. There is a demo available for download, but if I remember correctly it...

I was excited to hear news of this remake at first, but then when they said they would be using the Blades of Avernum engine I was pretty disappointed... I really don't understand what made them decide to do this, as the engine is literally a tiny step up from the one used in the original game - and...

Yeah.. I always hated when, in a game like Baldur's Gate, you fail one lousy pickpocket and suddenly the entire Sword Coast is out to get you. Haha, yeh i have bad memories of that happening to me endless times. I think this is going to be one of the aspects that stands out when Eschalon is complet...

Well...I certainly like what I just read. "If no one hears you" - To what extent and circumstance will NPCs be able to hear you, will NPCs always give off a cry for help? Anyway think its awesome you are choosing to create a proper crime system thats actually based on 'logic' for a change....

Heres one out of the blue - What happens to our character if we suddenly decide to go on a killing spree? Do we get sent to jail, have a bounty on our heads, or does the town just spawn an army of guards to slaughter us?

Sorry if its been asked before, just trying to kill the silence...
