Have you considered ~/Library/Application Support rather than ~/Documents ? I know it's a minor detail in the grand scheme, but I for one have always disliked having my Documents folder cluttered up when the occasional game puts save files there. In my experience, most other programs use the former ...

Realized I never got around to answering this. I currently have a 2GHz G5 iMac with 2Gb RAM. Plan to upgrade to an Intel machine sometime next year, probably; I'm waiting for Penryn 45nm CPU's and maybe the subsequent chipset update.

So there you have it, however much it helps... :P

This looks like a worthy venture to support. It may not be much, but I'm glad to contribute however I can. :)
