Heh, with my first character, I had already cleared the outside of the Goblin Citadel, when the giants offer their aid. Oh well, more XP for me! :) But yeah, large fights are nice as long as they are not everywhere. One big fight is good in a game the lenght of Book I, more would be overdoing it, IMO.

I don't recall that Mythril Bar to be difficult to find. The dungeon where it is, is pretty straightforward, IIRC (it's been awhile).
