Well, NWN wasn't any good for it's campaigns either, it was best suited for playing in persistant worlds or some of the modules that were made.
I sunk a lot of time into NWN but never completed any of the original campaigns.

Well, Fallout was less than 20 hours, so I don't see much of a problem with the proposed 20 hours worth of gametime.
