Citizen's writ - which may be stolen or obtained, say from a resident (Sparrow) iirc, in the Broken Blade territory. I can't recall other ways...

There's a cave or hidden entrance to the south of the town, that leads to an underground entryway into the port. I think one has to go through the tunnels near Everdale to reach the tunnel into the port but that may be just an accident that led me that route.

That's not what he's looking for. It's a building in Port Kuudad. I haven't found a way in yet. Maybe towards the end of the game?

No way in. After all the authorities are busy planning for a war and have no time for greedy adventurers.

A number of places in the game that are frustrating cause you can't go further. Just have to suck it up and go elsewhere.






I wonder what would happen if you put 10 or so barrels in front of them and blew just one up...???

The lever in the room next to Edwin's is now stuck so you can't open the portcullis to that large vacant part. Not that you could do anything except walk around on a tiny ledge.

Even if you kill the guards, you can't go up the stairs. The message you get in explanation is not worth the trouble, I'm afraid.
