Spells disappearing from spellbook?

I've got three spells that keep disappearing from my spellbook..

Invisibility
Portal
Trapkill

Now the only real important one is Portal, but all three are nice. What I can't figure out is why they will stay there a while and then... Poof! I've even cast Portal.. Once I cast it by accident really and set an anchor point. Then spell was gone. Finally found another scroll after much searching and relearned it. Went to where I wanted to cast it and the game remembered the last anchor point I'd set. Very strange. Now all three spells are gone again.

Anyone else have this problem?

oh yeah, I haven't patched the game yet.. Wanted to get through it all the way with this character first.

That was fixed in 1.02 (I believe).

I think it was fixed in the very first patch. There's no reason not to patch, by the way, since they don't really change any content, just balance out some gameplay and fix bugs (like the one you described).
