Can I used the saved games of the demo with the full version ?

I played the demo and get hooked with it and now I want the full

, I remeber the day I played EOB 1 for the first time , thanks for this great game

Great to hear, I think anyone who buys the game is not only buying the current game but buying sequels....and future its that simple really.
