Soybostero93, since the loot in the chests is randomly set, you don't find the heavy armour book at any particular location. The trick to finding it is your level. As you gain exp and level up, you find better stuff in the chests/barrels and can buy better stuff in the stores. I don't remember exactly when I found the heavy armour one but it was after hitting either Level 9 or Level 13.

Yeah, that's Vela. I bought both the heavy and light armor books (along with a few others) from the innkeeper in Blackwater. *shrugs*
