Yes, the Final Fantasy VI Opera Scene. I have never played that game, but that one really touched me.

Hey! It's another great moment in classic video gaming! And hey! It's from FFVI again!

The ending (of course) deserves a mention here. ~20 minutes of great music and a looong cutscene. Also proves that Aerith's theme from Final Fantasy 7 has the same beginning notes as FFVI ending, though I wouldn't say that to a FFVII fan.
