I agree The Witcher has better graphics and better artwork etc....it had a budget how much larger and how many more people working on it? But I still voted for Eschalon because I had more fun with Eschalon than anything else to come out in the last few years.
Yeah, you have to register to vote. Luckily registration only takes 2 minutes (assuming you are online to get the email back). Use a throw-away email address, just in case .. 8

The Witcher is the only game on the list that can compete with Eschalon, to my mind. Except for I don't have xbox360 to try Mass Effect. Nethergate is no fun having played more than a half other Spiderweb games, Oblivion is decently made mainstream shit, Two Worlds is a poorly made mainstream shit, NWN2 addon is an addon to a really boring game(I really regret buying it) so I won't bother trying it at all, and depths of Peril is some worthless diablo clone.
Honestly it must be The Witcher. Good game with likable setting (yes, i love witcher book series), strong atmosphere. But i don't wanna to be honest. Oldskul style likes me more. Eschalon.
Having now played 'the witcher' for a week I have to say that it is a great game poorly implemented. Crashes to desktop, crashes on exit (all probably from memory mis-management) graphics and sound glitches, and unbelievable loading delays (25 seconds to enter an abandoned house, no problem - 2-3 minutes to exit again .. ridiculous. 2 minutes to reload a saved game if you die - equally ridiculous).
